TERMS OF SERVICE

◇By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all of my terms of service. Read through these carefully. Breaking any of these will get you IMMEDIATELY blacklisted.◇

◇ALL payment must be paid in full.◇Ko-Fi, PayPal, or Cashapp the only forms of payment I take. MUST PAY WITHIN 48 HOURS OR COMMISSION WILL BE CANCELLED.◇Commissions are for personal use ONLY, DO NOT use my work for commercial use.◇Credit MUST be included everywhere my art is posted, no matter if I'm on the platform or not.◇My watermark/signature is NEVER to be removed.◇I provide ZERO refunds after the sketch is completed.◇I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.◇Provide a clear reference sheet. There must be NO shading and I will NOT take a traditional reference. I can use toyhouse profiles/DA stash files if you don't have a reference. I will NOT take on your commission otherwise.(pls make sure the refs aren't heavily watermarked)◇TAT ranges from a couple of weeks to 7-8 months due to work and my disabilities. If you have a specific deadline please specify that BEFORE I take on your commission.◇Any design that is received from me(custom or adopt), if sold can only be sold for the price you bought them for (unless art is added, art received in a trade/gift do not add to the price). All purchased art prices can be added to value. You must wait at least 48 hours after design is purchased before you sell.◇ALL of my designs must be on Toyhouse. They must be sold and traded through the website so I can keep track of them. They are to never be removed from the site. (If account is private it must me authorized to see my designs, no matter what.)◇MY ART IS NEVER TO BE SOLD/USED AS NFTs/AI art, or anything similar, if you are caught doing as such you will be immediately blacklisted!◇Please state what you are interested in when messaging me.
